Valeria's main focus is supporting crypto projects and obtaining crypto licenses.

Valeria has been developing crypto-activity legalization strategies, optimizing business models, and building compliance systems in accordance with the requirements of various jurisdictions for over four years. Valeria successfully builds communications with regulators and analyzes the marketing aspects of crypto projects on online platforms.

Valeria also provides legal support in concluding international transactions related to the transfer of intellectual property and content distribution, and consults on intellectual property issues and the processing of personal data in international projects.

Before joining the FUTURA Crypto team, Valeria worked at the American law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she advised leading global brands from the media, technology, medicine, energy and entertainment sectors in the UAE, Hong Kong, the EU and the USA.
