Alina is a leading legal expert in information technology law, intellectual property, and digital assets, with over 12 years of experience in Digital, Fintech, and international IT law. Over the course of her career, she has worked in Big4 consulting firms and served as Head of Legal at an international crypto holding comprising 18 legal entities.
Alina's specialization covers comprehensive legal support for projects at the intersection of IT and fintech, including crypto regulation, intellectual property protection and international structuring of business processes. She has unique experience in developing strategies for structuring crypto projects from a corporate and tax point of view, and provides support for obtaining licenses for cryptocurrency activities in the UAE and other countries.
Alina is actively involved in innovative projects related to tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), Web3 gaming, and NFTs, providing full legal support at every stage of implementation. She develops legal mechanisms for protecting digital asset rights, structures international crypto operations, and helps clients navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
